Drop off or ship in
Bring your computer to our Victorville shop or ship it in. Laptops only need the charger — no cases, bags, or peripherals. We confirm everything in writing.
Free diagnosis
A technician inspects the machine within 1-2 business days and emails a clear estimate. No work starts without your approval, and jobs under a flat rate skip this step.
Honest repair
We use quality parts and explain every decision in plain English. If a repair isn't worth doing — if a replacement is a better investment — we'll say so.
Payment & pickup
Pay by card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App. Once payment is received we set the machine aside and disinfect it before you pick it up.
