1. Information collected
When you contact Tekklina through this website or by phone, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone, email address, and the details of your repair request. For in-shop repairs we may also record device identifiers (make, model, serial number) and the condition of the device at drop-off. Server access logs may record your IP address and browser information to help secure the site.
2. How information is used
Information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, perform the repair, communicate status updates, process payment, and maintain our service records. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Analytics
This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies, and Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure how visitors find and use the site. These tools collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type — not your name or contact details. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
4. Data on your device
If you drop off a computer for repair, our technicians may need to access files to diagnose or fix the issue. We never copy, share, or retain your personal data beyond what is necessary for the repair, and devices are disinfected and reset to your preferences before pickup where appropriate. If you have sensitive data on the device, let us know and we'll discuss how to handle it.
5. Data retention
Repair records and contact information are kept for as long as needed to honor warranty obligations and maintain a service history. You can request deletion of your records at any time.
6. Your rights
You may contact us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@tekklina.com or call (909) 498-2342.
7. Security
Commercially reasonable measures are used to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
